Stack.

Built with Next.js 15 (App Router) and React 19 on TypeScript. Tailwind v4 for styling, shadcn/ui for primitives, Motion for animation. Source on GitHub, deployed on Vercel.

Type.

Three families, single weight (400). Instrument Serif sets display type, with italics used for emphasis. Geist handles body copy and UI. Geist Mono carries labels and metadata. All three loaded from Google Fonts.

Color.

Warm-tinted neutrals throughout. Surface anchored at #181410, parchment at #EDE6D6, ash filling the middle range, gold accent at #C9A961. Four primitive scales, no theming layer.

Motion.

Reveal-on-scroll on content blocks. 900ms duration, ease-out-expo, 24px translate with a 5px blur fade. Honors prefers-reduced-motion globally.

Build.

Hand-coded in collaboration with Claude Code. Atomic commits per chunk, no batching. Mobile-first through four breakpoints. Visual verification done manually.
